Lisbon just got a little more fashionable and tastier. Portuguese fashion influencer Caetana Botelho Afonso @caetanaba has entered the food scene with her newest project called Casolare. Casolare is a new brunch and lunch concept in the heart of Lisbon. Created in collaboration with her boyfriend Tomás, Casolare brings a fresh and stylish mix to Lisbon with good food and cool vibes.
Casolare opens in Lisbon: New opening next to Buna Coffee
Located next door to the independent specialty coffee shop Buna at Rua de São Bento 3, this new spot combines the best from both of them. Therefore, Buna takes care of the drinks while Casolare serves up a carefully curated food menu for breakfast and lunch.

On the menu, you’ll find trendy and flavorful dishes like Ricotta & Blueberry Toast, Focaccia with Mortadella and other seasonal plates made with quality ingredients. The atmosphere is light with a touch of modern flair, and perfect for slow mornings or lunch breaks. On top of that, Casolare is open all day which makes it the go-to spot from Monday to Sunday.
Opening of Casolare in Lisbon was already a success
No wonder that it didn’t take long for Casolare to get the attention of Lisbon’s locals. Portuguese fashion influencers Raquel Costa Gomes and Inês Isaías were among the first to visit during the opening days. It wouldn’t be surprising if Casolare quickly became one of Lisbon’s hottest breakfast and lunch spots.
Everyone who wants to visit Casolare, head over to Rua de São Bento 3 in Lisbon and take a seat between their opening hours from 9am to 5pm. Remember that the kitchen closes at 4pm, and enjoy the tasty food of this new opening in Lisbon.
